PhD RESEARCH TOPIC

Masoom PhD research is concerned with 'Job Satisfaction and Performance'. His  research interests are in the field of human resource management, industrial law and strategic management.

 

Masoom PhD research aims are

·                   To investigate how job satisfaction influences human performance, in turn affecting organisational productivity in a developing country context such as Bangladesh and

·                   To make recommendations for future research for both academics and corporate members, regarding job satisfaction in relation to its human resource strategic implications for improving organisational productivity

 

Masoom has been working as Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) and Visiting Lecturer (VL) for Glyndwr Business School. He has published four articles in internationally recognised journals. He worked five years as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor at Bangladeshi Universities from 2000 to 2005, where he secured the University Award of the highest CGPA in August 2000.
